Step 1: Take a kettle bell in each hand and get it into shoulder press position. The bottom of the kettle bell should be pointed upwards.

Step 2: The bottom of the kettle bell should be pointed upwards.

Step 3: Using only your arms push press the weight towards the ceiling and then lower back down to shoulder height. This completes one repetition.
