1. Grab a set of gymnastics rings

2. Jump up, supporting yourself, with your elbows locked out and thumbs slightly turned out, establishing a safe shoulder position

3. Lowering yourself into a bottom position, keeping the elbows on top of the wrist

4. Press back up, finishing in a lockout
